We are delighted that you will be joining over 500 of your colleagues in the nuclear materials management field to network, meet with exhibitors, catch up on INMM Business, and participate in our outstanding technical program. While the virtual platform is new, the schedule of events and educational and networking opportunities are very similar to INMM in-person meetings. We will be providing you complete details on what you need to know in order to access and fully engage with the online forum.
On Saturday, July 11, you will receive two emails from INMM (check your spam folder!)
Please look for these important details coming to your inbox on Saturday afternoon (EDT), July 11. You can then login starting on Sunday (July 12) to view the meeting platform.
Please see the detailed program here. Want to search through abstracts? You may do so here.
Note that full registrations include access to the platform and meeting events every day (Sunday - Thursday). Single-day registrations are good for the day of your registration, plus Sunday (as a bonus).
The Technical Division Meetings will take place between 10 am - 12 noon EDT (see specific times and available agendas for each on the schedule). For information on what to expect at the various meetings, see LINK with the "agendas."
The Joint ANSI INMM ASC N15 and INMM N15-5.1 subcommittee is open to all; please contact meetings@inmm.org if you wish to sign up.
The platform will include a "Virtual Hotel Cafe" which you can click on to chat with other virtual attendees. All participants are encouraged to log in every morning (9:30 - 10 am EDT), before sessions start, to meet and greet colleagues.
Exhibit Hall hours are shown in the daily schedule. Click here to view the companies who will be exhibiting and plan to connect with the virtual exhibit hall. INMM will again be sponsoring the Exhibit Passport Program, so be sure to visit each exhibitor to complete the passport certificate with to be entered into a drawing for a prize! Details will be included in the July 11 "Know Before You Go" email and also on the platform.
Meeting Access - The INMM Meeting will be recorded and your registration provides access to all recordings. The previous day's recording will be posted within 24 hours of the last event for each day. So if you miss a session, you may come back to view it at your leisure during the week, and for up to a month after the event!
Again, please check your email on Saturday, July 11 for specific details on how to log in, and a video tutorial on how to access the various events and sessions. These two emails will include all information that you need to engage and make the most of your virtual meeting participation.
Access to the online platform will be available beginning Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 9:30 am Eastern.
